EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidate will have the following experiences:

• Skilled Nursing Facility: 2 years (Preferred)

• Long-Term Care: 2 years (Preferred)

• Activities Director: 2 years (Preferred)

POSITION PURPOSE:

Responsible for the daily management of the Activity Department.

Including but not limited to program development, coordination of the volunteer program and religious services and completion of required documentation.

Alliance Health at Rosewood is a non-profit 135 - bed skilled nursing facility in West Peabody, MA. We currently have an opportunity for a full-time experienced Activities Director.

This position will develop and maintain the monthly activities calendar, schedule staff and volunteers and will lead activities as necessary. As well as, properly document progress notes, annual reviews, quarterly summaries, new admits and any significant changes. Maintain equipment and supplies while working with a varied group of entertainers to meet the needs of the residents.

The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care.

Salary: Range: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
