Help Build the Next Chapter of a Growing Fashion Brand

Queenia Fashion is an established women’s fashion retailer with six boutique locations in Massachusetts and a growing online presence.

We are looking for an experienced, creative, and results-driven Director of E-Commerce & Digital Growth to help transform QueeniaFashion.com into a major online revenue channel.

This is not a maintenance role. We are looking for someone who can bring strategy, creativity, and execution to grow online sales, increase brand awareness, and build a stronger connection with our customers.

The Opportunity

You will work closely with ownership and our team to develop and execute a complete e-commerce growth strategy, including:

• Increasing online revenue and customer acquisition
• Improving website conversion and customer experience
• Developing digital marketing campaigns
• Growing email, SMS, and loyalty marketing programs
• Expanding social media engagement and brand awareness
• Creating strategies for influencer, ambassador, and affiliate partnerships
• Improving SEO and AI visibility
• Analyzing customer behavior and using data to make decisions
• Identifying opportunities to connect our six retail stores with our online business

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate has:

• Proven experience growing Shopify or e-commerce brands
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, email/SMS marketing, and analytics
• Experience increasing online sales with measurable results
• Understanding of fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands
• Creative thinking with a strong business mindset
• Ability to develop strategies and execute them
• Entrepreneurial attitude and desire to build something meaningful

Compensation & Growth Opportunity

Salary Range: $60,000–$80,000 annually (based on experience)
