Mount Hood Golf Course has a Snack Bar that is kept simple and easy to manage. This works very well for both us and our golfers! We offer food and beverage/alcohol choices that are popular, easy to prepare, and that golfers can enjoy ‘on the go’ --- On top of good food & great service, maintaining a clean, safe and orderly Snack Bar is also extremely important to us!
· Engage with customers and offer the highest level of customer service
· Administer Snack Bar & Bar sales using POS system
· Ensure proper food preparation, handling and storage practices to meet State health and food safety standards
· Make sure all F&B items are well stocked and displayed for the customer’s convenience
· Ensure proper product rotation to ensure freshness and prevent spoilage (this includes checking product expiration dates regularly)
· Prepare the following food items daily (according to the level of play each day)
- Steamed hot dogs
- Hand-made sandwiches
- Breakfast sandwiches
- Wrap muffins & cookies
· Keep the Snack Bar, Bar and outdoor seating areas clean and orderly throughout every shift
· Check and empty clubhouse trash receptacles during each shift
· Keep all tables & countertops wiped down and clean
· Make sure Snack Bar and Bar sinks are cleaned regularly
· Make sure all food prep/storage supplies are kept clean and in their proper places
· Make sure all F&B storage areas are always kept clean & organized
· Vacuum/mop floors when necessary
· Make sure the condiment area is kept clean and stocked at all times
· Make sure the coffee area is kept clean and stocked at all times
· Clean Clubhouse windows and doors when needed
· Help maintain Clubhouse recyclables for easy disposal (cardboard, plastics & aluminum)
15-25 Hours per week, no set schedule. Applicants must have availability on both nights, weekends and weekdays. Pay is commensurate with experience. Please send resume to [email protected].
