Registered Nurse - Hospital Setting - $60/hr
A premier hospital in Jamaica Plain, is hiring Registered Nurses for 1st and 2nd shifts. We focus on providing high-quality, cost-effective care to economically and socially disadvantaged patients. At $60/hr, our nurses are an integral part of a compassionate and professional team dedicated to respecting patient dignity and delivering exceptional healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Implement evidence-based interventions and adhere to best practice recommendations for optimal patient results
- Maintain accountability for a designated group of patients within a primary nursing model
- Engage in care planning activities, promoting patient autonomy and individual choice
- Provide coaching and mentorship to all staff members, including PCAs and LPNs.
Qualifications:
- Valid MA Registered Nurse license
- Dedication to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care
- Ability to work on 1st or 2nd shift
