Sr Project Manager

Job Description Role Overview A large pharmaceutical client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support technical build initiatives within a Research Technology organization. This role will be hybrid/onsite in Cambridge, MA. This role focuses on managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in IT project management tools, and the ability to drive projects to completion with precision. Key Responsibilities - Project Execution & Delivery o Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. o Maintain focus on the final details to achieve 100% completion. - Timeline & Resource Management o Develop and manage project schedules using tools like Smartsheet and Jira. o Track milestones and proactively address risks or delays. - Budget Oversight o Manage Statements of Work (SOW), purchase orders (PO), and procurement processes. o Monitor budget targets and ensure financial compliance. - Stakeholder Communication o Coordinate with internal teams on technical builds. o Prepare agendas, facilitate meetings, and maintain clear communication channels. - Documentation & Reporting o Provide regular status updates to leadership. o Maintain accurate project documentation.
