Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position provides coverage for a leave from May 11th to June 11th, offering part-time flexibility with a three-day workweek. The successful candidate will utilize their expertise to foster communication growth in a school setting near Framingham, MA.
Ideal qualifications and desired experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Valid licensure for speech-language pathology in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in a school environment
- Familiarity with teletherapy modalities, in-person service delivery, or a blend of both
- Collaborative and adaptable mindset; able to work effectively on interdisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Primary responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students on your caseload (details to be confirmed)
- Conduct assessments and participate in eligibility meetings, as needed
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development, as appropriate
