Accountant
Do you excel at managing a complete financial cycle, ensuring every transaction balances and every payment is accounted for? We're seeking an Accountant to prepare, record, and process daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions, with a core focus on managing our entire billing and collections process. You will be responsible for timely follow-ups with providers, monitoring open invoices for resolution, and collaborating directly with other departments to maintain clean, compliant billing records. - Manage daily accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring all financial entries are accurate and processed on time.
- Monitor open invoice reports to resolve discrepancies and oversee the lifecycle of collections and payments.
- Maintain comprehensive financial records and provide direct support to senior management on specialized accounting projects.
- Ensure all financial activities align with internal protocols, organizational standards, and regulatory requirements.
