Scrum Master-Technical Lead

Our client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Techno-Functional Lead to support the implementation and optimization of Kibo DropShip capabilities within an existing OMS ecosystem. This individual will play a critical role in managing Agile delivery while also contributing technically and functionally across system integrations, process optimization, and solution delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Order Management Systems (OMS), Kibo, Orderful integrations, and cross-functional technical teams. This role requires someone who can lead Scrum ceremonies, perform gap analysis, document business and technical requirements, and help engineer scalable Drop Ship solutions from end to end.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile/Scrum processes for the OMS and Kibo DropShip implementation initiative
• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and stakeholder meetings
• Manage and coordinate technical and functional deliverables across multiple teams and partners
• Design, implement, maintain, and optimize OMS, Kibo, and Orderful integrations
• Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes and system capabilities
• Perform technical and functional gap analysis to identify solution requirements and process improvements
• Support the engineering and configuration efforts required to stand up the Kibo DropShip module
• Create detailed process documentation, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Done requirements
• Construct end-to-end business and technical scenarios to validate functionality and integrations
• Collaborate with internal business users, developers, third-party vendors, and integration partners
• Track risks, dependencies, blockers, and project milestones to ensure successful delivery
• Ensure seamless integration and operational alignment between Orderful, Kibo, and related technologies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Technical Project Lead, or Techno-Functional Consultant
• Strong experience with Kibo OMS and/or Kibo DropShip implementations
• Experience working with Orderful integrations and EDI/order orchestration processes
• Strong understanding of Order Management Systems (OMS), fulfillment, and supply chain workflows
• Experience performing technical and functional assessments and gap analysis
• Ability to document complex workflows, requirements, and integration scenarios
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives to completion

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Drop Ship implementations in retail, eCommerce, or distribution environments
• Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, middleware, and data flows
• Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and implementation partners
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or similar) preferred

• On-site presence required in Memphis, TN
• Initial 6+ month engagement with potential for extension
• Immediate need for a hands-on Scrum Master capable of both leadership and techno-functional execution
