Armed Security Guard – Residential Properties

We are currently seeking Armed Security Guards to join our team and provide high-level protection and peace of mind for residential communities. The ideal candidate will be vigilant, reliable, and committed to maintaining a safe environment.

Location: Boston
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

• Conduct foot and bike patrols throughout residential property grounds.

• Respond promptly to emergencies , alarms, and disturbances.

• Perform daily activity reports and write detailed incident reports as necessary.

• Assess security risks and report potential vulnerabilities.

• Monitor for suspicious activity, trespassers, or unauthorized access.

• Enforce property rules and regulations professionally.

• Assist residents and guests while maintaining a secure environment.

• Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency responders when needed.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid Weapons license (per state regulations).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Physically fit – ability to walk or bike patrol for extended periods.

• Must pass background check, drug screening sex offender and MVR check .

• CPR/First Aid Certification a plus.
• Clean drivers license as this will be checked
