DevOps Engineer - M & S Platform Baseline

Clearance Level: Secret, TS/SCI Eligible

Summary
Architects and manages the M&S DevSecOps Platform for cloud and on-prem environments; ensures secure, reliable software pipelines and transition support.

Responsibilities

• Architect and configure the M&S DevSecOps Platform.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and core platform services.
• Use GitLab, SonarQube, Fortify for secure DevSecOps processes.
• Design/maintain systems for high reliability/availability.
• Support transition engineering and integration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years software/system development (C++, Python, AFSIM, web services and apps, databases).
• Proficiency with DevSecOps tools (GitLab, SonarQube, Fortify) and processes.
• Strong platform engineering and automation expertise.
• Experience designing and maintaining systems

Requirements

• Clearance: U.S. citizen; Secret clearance at award, TS/SCI eligibility may be required.
• Travel: Must support CONUS/OCONUS travel for integration, exercises, and sustainment.
• Cybersecurity/Compliance: Must meet DoD 8140/8500.01 workforce certification standards, support RMF deliverables, and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Exercise Support: Support 24/7 surge, Tier I/Tier II help desk, and extended work weeks if required.
• Other: NDA, OPSEC compliance, SAM.gov manpower reporting, contractor identification
