Office Administrator

We are a small casual office seeking a professional office administrator for approximately 30-35 hours per week. This position could become full-time with the right person. You should enjoy working with customers and be able to wear many hats.
Responsibilities could include:
Answering phones
Processing customer orders
Data entry
Tracking and receiving orders
Inventory tracking/counting
Reviewing reports
Qualifications:
1-2 years general office experience
Detail oriented and well organized, with excellent follow-up skills
Honest, dependable, and friendly
Excellent customer service skills, both written and oral
Ability to handle multiple projects
Computer skills, including QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Square
Experience in social media
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages
High school diploma or equivalent
Physical requirements:
Light work: Occasionally, lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects
