Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations. J-STD_001, 002, IPC 610, MIL-STD-883, or NASA stds certification may be required within 30 days of hire.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of DefenseSecret security clearance ispreferred at time of hire. Candidates must be able to obtain a Secret clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Comparing defects against standards and recommending disposition, as a Quality Supervisor your talent will be front and center. Youll participate in team meetings, collect, organize and analyze project data, verify corrective action implementation, and verify implementation of rework. Youll also perform audits, determine and manage the handling of returned products, and author QA processing documentation. Well rely on you to determine and evaluate root causes and corrective actions.

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations. J-STD_001, 002, IPC 610, MIL-STD-883, or NASA stds certification may be required within 30 days of hire
• Fully proficient electrical or mechanical technology
• Exceptional knowledge of standards ISO 9001:2000, CMMI, ISO 14001, ASME, ANSI, EIA, etc.

Salary Note

This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.

Combined Salary Range

USD $110,175.00 - USD $119,213.00 /Yr.
