Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Experience evaluating and treating adult and pediatric patients in outpatient, home health, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to perform diagnostic muscle, nerve, joint and functional ability tests and develop measurable treatment goals.
- Experience providing patient/family education, documentation of progress, and communication with interdisciplinary teams.
- Ability to provide guidance to PT assistants, aides, and students. Preferred: previous supervisory or preceptor experience.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Home Health.
- Job Type: Travel assignment, 40 hours per week, 13-week duration.
- Start Window: Late June through September timeframe.
- Candidates must be able to treat adult and pediatric patients and complete required documentation and quality initiatives.
