Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Boston, MA, 02108
Duration: 2 Months Contract
Pay-Scale: $16 - $19.09/hr.
Job Description:
- Respond to general inquiries regarding court operations and direct callers to the appropriate departments or staff members.
- Manage administrative support functions, including retrieving and distributing departmental mail and maintaining HR conference room schedules.
- Assist with HR record management by retrieving, updating, and maintaining employee file information as requested by HR staff.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint software programs
