Remote Marketing Specialist

Careerscape
Massachusetts

Careerscape is partnering with a rapidly expanding Boston-based company to find their next Marketing Specialist. This hybrid position is built for a creative, analytical marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. From SEO and paid media to email campaigns and social media management, you'll own the full marketing mix and play a direct role in driving growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage integrated marketing campaigns spanning email marketing, paid search, organic social, and content marketing channels
  • Own the company's SEO program — from keyword research and on-page optimization to link building and performance tracking
  • Launch and optimize paid media campaigns through Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads to drive qualified leads
  • Develop high-converting marketing copy for web pages, blog content, drip campaigns, and social channels
  • Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other marketing automation tools
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams to ensure marketing initiatives support pipeline and revenue goals
  • Lead social media strategy and day-to-day management, including content planning, scheduling, and audience engagement
  • Perform ongoing competitor analysis, audience research, and market segmentation to sharpen targeting and messaging
  • Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and demand generation programs across digital and offline channels
  • Run A/B tests on ad creative, subject lines, CTAs, and landing pages to continuously improve conversion rates

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing or integrated marketing role
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a closely related discipline
  • Demonstrated skill with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and at least one marketing automation platform such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Marketo
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and content management systems like WordPress
  • Proven track record managing social media campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X
  • Sharp copywriting, editing, and verbal communication abilities
  • Comfort working with data — pulling insights from dashboards and using them to refine strategy
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a bonus
  • Basic design capability in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary plus bonus potential
  • Comprehensive health coverage — medical, dental, and vision
  • Generous PTO and paid holidays
  • Hybrid work model based in Boston with scheduling flexibility
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • Budget for professional development, certifications, and continued learning
  • Access to the tools and software you need to do your best work
  • Regular team events, mentorship opportunities, and a strong culture of collaboration
