\$80,000?\$110,000 Enlace de Familias is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish), mission-driven leader to serve as our next Executive Director and guide the organization through an exciting period of growth and impact. For more than 30 years, Enlace de Familias has been a trusted, community-rooted nonprofit in South Holyoke, providing wraparound family support, youth leadership development, violence-prevention services, advocacy, and rapid crisis response. With an annual operating budget of \$2.5?\$3 million and a growing portfolio of state, federal, and private grants, Enlace is entering its next chapter of leadership. The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for: ? Leading the strategic vision and overall operations of a multi-program nonprofit ? Overseeing financial management, grants, and fundraising across 20+ active grants ? Supervising senior leadership staff and supporting a trauma-informed, inclusive workplace ? Representing Enlace in the community and with city, state, and nonprofit partners ? Leading crisis and emergency response efforts during community emergencies Required Qualifications Include: ? Bilingual in English and Spanish ? Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience ? Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and complex funding streams ?
