Edgestone Staffing is seeking for Order Selector/Production Associate 1st shift in Woburn, MA
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our fish production team in Woburn, MA. In this role, you will support daily production operations, ensuring the efficient handling, processing, and packaging of tuna, salmon, and other large fish for distribution throughout New England. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform material handling tasks, including moving, organizing, and storing raw and processed fish products.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist with picking, packaging, and labeling products for shipment and distribution.
- Support production line operations to ensure efficiency and workflow continuity.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or food processing environment preferred.
- Experience with material handling and sanitation practices is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items and remain on your feet for extended periods.
Schedule:
Early morning shifts:
- Monday & Thursday: 4:00 AM
- Tuesday & Wednesday: 5:00 AM
- Friday: 4:30 AM
- OT
Compensation:
$21.00 P/h
Drug test/Background checked are needed.
