Duration: 13 weeks (extendable)

Shift: 4x10s (Mon–Thurs) or 5x8s (Mon–Fri), No Weekends

Pay Rate: $2,681 (Weekly Gross)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team for a travel assignment. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide high-quality therapy to support functional recovery and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate new patients, establish measurable treatment goals, and create appropriate care plans.

• Perform diagnostic tests (muscle, nerve, joint, and functional ability) to assess impairment and prognosis.

• Implement and adjust treatment modalities based on patient progress.

• Document patient care, education, and communication with caregivers accurately and thoroughly.

• Provide instruction in therapeutic procedures to patients and families for continued care.

• Assist in training new staff as requested by leadership.

• Guide and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, Aides, and affiliating students.

• Maintain compliance with departmental policies, safety standards, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Participate in professional development, continuing education, and in-service training.

• Maintain accurate daily statistical records of patient activity and charges.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapy license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

• Ability to serve as a clinical resource and contribute to program planning and supervision.

• Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Certifications:

• BLS (AHA)
