We are seeking a talented Advertising Copywriter to craft compelling, brand-aligned copy for marketing campaigns, digital ads, and promotional materials. This role is pivotal in communicating our mission and driving engagement with educators and school communities nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for digital ads, email campaigns, social media, and landing pages.

• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop creative concepts and messaging strategies.

• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and organizational goals.

• Optimize copy for SEO and digital performance metrics.

• Edit and proofread content for accuracy, tone, and compliance with accessibility standards.

Essential Skills

• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

• Familiarity with digital marketing best practices and SEO principles.

• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in education or nonprofit sector is a plus.

Work Environment

The work environment is structured around regular hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm. Join a fast-growing non-profit focused on ensuring children receive proper education.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Turners Falls, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50/hr.
