We are seeking an attorney who can provide quality legal services to valued clients. This person must be admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and be available to work at our Andover, MA offices. Our ideal candidate will work passionately and effectively alongside our other attorneys and staff to ensure a successful outcome for our clients. Compensation:$90,000 - $125,000
Responsibilities:Occasionally make court appearances on uncontested matters, including probate, guardianship and conservatorship.
Our probate and trust administration and elder law practice requires additional skilled help to join our team
- Take responsibility for administrative staff relating to client invoicing/billing records, setting up meetings with clients and completing tasks
- Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action
- Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies
- Public speaking, decision-making, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working as an attorney in relevant practice area
- Well-versed in legal research software (Westlaw/Lexis)
- Jobseekers should be a member in good standing with the Massachusetts bar
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary
