NOTES: BS degree is required; ONSITE is required.

- Setup, configure, and support internal and external networks, develop and maintain all systems applications, security, and network configurations.

- Troubleshoot network performance issues and create and maintain disaster recovery plan.

- Recommend upgrades, patches and new applications and equipment.

-Develop and communicate standards for use, operations, and security of networks, personal computers and data.

Responsibilities:

• Manages and implements upgrades of IT Hardware and software systems for both physical and cloud environments.
• Maintain policies and procedures related to IT, Cybersecurity, FDA/SOX regulations.
• Work with external auditors for ITGC / SOX testing.
• Designs, specifies, configures, installs, and maintains LAN hardware, software, and telecom services including PC's, system software, software applications, printers, servers, routers, switches, cabling.
• Implements policies and procedures related to network hardware and software, acquisition, use, support, security, and backup.
• Establishes and maintains network users, user environments, directories, and security.
• Maintains disaster recovery procedures.
• Maintain contracts and coordinates activities of hardware, software, telecom, support and training vendors.
• Work with functional departments to report and resolve software, hardware, and operational problems.

Qualifications:

• Some travel required to other offices
• BS Degree
• 7 Yrs equivalent experience
• Experience in FDA or SOX regulated environment.
• US citizenship
