2nd Shift Warehouse Associate 3:30pm-12AM

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

Under general supervision, position is responsible for accepting daily production into inventory. Rotatingstock by code date and SKU#, picking customer orders and load the trucks. Must be able to operate a Forklift/Fork Truck. There will be a forklift test to assess the candidate's skills.

PRIMARY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare shipments by picking, packing, and palletizing based on pick tickets.

Verify packed and palletized products against shipment BOL(s).

Load packed shipments onto trucks.

Relocate stock to ensure FIFO compliance and optimize picking routes.

Replenish packing materials as needed.

Work in cooler temperature conditions (34–38°F).

Load and unload trucks as per load plans.

Review load plans for accuracy and proper truck positioning.

Receive, count, tag, and distribute incoming materials to designated areas.

Running production and locating products to put away in the warehouse (crane WH).

Verify all production tickets match the product. according to Ticketing & locating SOP.

Assist in inventory and cycle counts.

Relocate stock for FIFO compliance and efficient picking routes.

Maintain the warehouse to meet GMP standards, ensuring readiness for FDA and AI

inspections.

Operate ASRS equipment following SOP guidelines.

Configure orders for daily shipments and prepare small parts packages.

Occasionally required to work overtime.

Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

ROLE PROFILE AND DESCRIPTION

Able to operate a forklift|fork truck

Entry level computer skills and knowledge of Fedex shipping procedures is a plus

Candidate must be able to read, write, and speak English have basic math skills.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Refrigerated | Frozen warehouse experience is a plus
