We’re supporting a specialist engineering partner operating at the forefront of the Medical Device and MedTech sector, as they look to hire a Technical Sales Lead to drive growth across their design services function, based out of their North Attleboro site.

This business acts as a design and manufacturing partner to medical device companies, supporting clients from early-stage concept through to commercialisation. Their expertise spans minimally invasive devices, precision engineering, and complex component manufacturing, partnering with some of the most innovative and highly regulated organisations in the industry.

The Opportunity

You’ll take ownership of building strategic relationships with MedTech and Medical Device organisations, positioning complex design and engineering solutions that sit at the heart of product innovation.

This is a senior, high-impact role blending technical understanding with commercial leadership, ideal for someone who can lead from the front, shape opportunities, and close high-value deals.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving new business across the US MedTech and Medical Device market

• Leading consultative, solution-led sales conversations with senior stakeholders

• Positioning end-to-end design, development, and manufacturing capabilities

• Translating complex engineering solutions into clear commercial value

• Managing a structured, end-to-end sales process with strong pipeline discipline

• Building long-term client partnerships and identifying growth opportunities xrczosw

• Collaborating closely with engineering and delivery teams to shape solutions

About You

• Proven track record in technical or consultative sales within MedTech, Medical Devices, or engineering services

• Strong ability to sell complex, high-value solutions (design services, manufacturing, or similar)

• Commercially sharp with a proactive, new business mindset

• Comfortable engaging at senior and executive level

• Able to balance technical depth with clear, compelling communication
