HVAC Service Operations Manager $90,000 – $100,000 + Bonus Reading, MA | Monday–Friday

We're hiring a hands-on HVAC leader to take ownership of our service department-someone who can lead technicians, drive performance, and keep operations running clean and efficient every day.

What You'll Own

• Day-to-day leadership of the HVAC service team
• Scheduling, dispatch, and workflow across all service calls
• Preventative maintenance programs and demand service operations
• Technician coaching, training, and accountability
• Department performance, budgeting, and cost control
• Safety standards, compliance, and field execution

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting technicians with complex troubleshooting
• Keeping jobs on track, on time, and up to company standards
• Monitoring KPIs, reviewing invoices, and maintaining clean records
• Building a team culture centered on consistency, pride, and results

What You Bring

• 4–6+ years of HVAC field experience (service or install)
• Proven experience leading or mentoring technicians
• Strong organizational and operational skills (scheduling, dispatch, invoicing)
• EPA Certification (required)
• A leadership style that balances accountability with team development
