Global Head of Platform Management Alternatives Investment Manager Solutions, Managing Director

Citi Wealth Investment Solutions is seeking a Global Head of Platform Management for its Alternatives Investment Manager Solutions (AIMS) business, comprising both Alternative (Private Equity, Real Estate, and Hedge Funds) and Third Party Single Strategy products. This position will be responsible for managing a team that oversees the lifecycle of global PERE, HF, third-party mutual fund, ETF, and UCITs products . The Head of AIMS Platform Management will collaborate closely with the Product teams, Sales Specialists, and other key functional partners that support the broader Alternatives and Investment Manager Solutions business. This position will report to the Head of AIMS and collaborate closely with the Heads of PERE, HF, and Traditionals businesses .

The Global Head of Platform Management is responsible for managing a broad range of Product Management, Development and Business Execution functions. including the development of product plans, strategies, and process improvements in coordination with the broader Alternatives and Traditionals teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage global team of product and platform professionals
• Own end-to-end AIMS platform initiatives, collaborating with Technology, Operations, and other key business partners to improve ease of use for Citi Wealth stakeholders
• Negotiate and make decisions on issues/activities having critical impact/influence on company revenues, capital, or business operations
• Develop plans and execute functional strategies for large/complex business requirements, ensuring coordination and integration across regions and functions
• Establish and maintain relationships with risk, business risk, compliance, and other relevant groups within Citi, as well as develop and ensure execution of the business strategy
• Partner with other global, regional, and country leaders to share best practices and drive business strategies and client centric solutions to differentiate Citi in the marketplace
• Engage in internal and external negotiations
• Attract, motivate, develop, and retain executive talent
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of relevant experience
• 10+ years of managerial experience
• Experience managing multi-function and/or global businesses
• Experience managing in a large, complex and matrixed organization
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in asset management industry
• Experience within wealth industry and knowledge of competitor products, services, and capabilities
• Consistently demonstrated clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Client centric and change oriented mindset

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$250,000.00 - $500,000.00
