Compensation:Competitive W2 Hourly Rate ($96 - $97), 401K, Access to Healthcare and Dental Insurance Plan of Choice (Benefit Plans can be requested at time of submission to client)

Chamberlain Advisors is seeking an Administrative Director (Leadership) – RN to provide operational leadership across inpatient and ancillary support departments at Berkshire Medical Center. This role serves as a clinical and operational leader during assigned hours, responsible for rapid, high-quality decision-making, oversight of hospital operations, and leading teams through change in a fast-paced acute care environment. The Administrative Director will model professional nursing leadership, demonstrate fairness and consistency, and manage multiple high-priority activities while maintaining a dependable schedule and strong work ethic. What You’ll Be Accountable For:
  • Direct hospital operations across inpatient and ancillary or support departments during assigned shifts
  • Serve as a clinical role model and operational leader within an acute care medical center environment
  • Make timely, high-quality decisions in dynamic and high-acuity situations
  • Lead teams through operational and organizational change while maintaining continuity of care
  • Provide leadership support across emergency, trauma, critical care, and inpatient settings
  • Promote fairness, consistency, and professionalism in leadership interactions
  • Manage multiple complex and time-sensitive operational activities simultaneously
  • Support staffing coordination and operational workflows as needed
  • Maintain dependable attendance, schedule adherence, and professional work standards
What Qualifications You Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Required)
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (Required)
  • 1–2 years of successful leadership experience (Preferred)
  • Experience with conflict resolution in a healthcare leadership setting (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of acute care medical center operations, including emergency, trauma, and critical care environments
  • Experience with staffing systems or workforce management tools (Preferred)
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional development
  • Basic Life Support (BLS – AHA) Certification (Required)
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS – AHA) Certification (Required)
  • Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse License (Required)
