• Meaningful Work: Provide personal care services that enhance dignity, confidence, and quality of life for residents
• Independent Contractor: 1099 position with flexibility and autonomy
• Schedule: One day every other week
• Supportive Environment: On-site in-house salon with a built-in client base
• Earning Potential: Ability to set your own pricing on services! Must be approved by administration

• Provide hair services including cutting, styling, shampooing, coloring, and perms
• Consult with residents to understand preferences and styling needs
• Maintain a reliable bi-weekly schedule
• Assist wheelchair-bound residents to and from the salon
• Build positive relationships with residents and their families
• Follow safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Massachusetts Cosmetology License
• Personal liability insurance
• Prior experience with seniors or in healthcare settings preferred
• Must provide own professional equipment and supplies
• Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and assist residents as needed
