About You
You’re a proven B2B SaaS sales professional with a strong track record in Wi-Fi and networking solutions. You bring a relentless, results-driven mindset to everything you do. Instead of dwelling on obstacles, you focus on strategies to win — building relationships, closing deals, and driving growth with the tools and skills at your disposal.
You own the entire sales cycle from end to end:
• Lead generation and prospecting
• First contact and follow-ups
• Contract negotiation and signature
• Post-sale engagement and organic growth
Cold calling? No problem. Persistent follow-up? Absolutely. You’re not waiting for someone else to build your pipeline — you’re already on it.
Your initial focus will be the multi-family industry, selling to ISPs, managed service providers of all sizes, and directly to property owners. You’ll also play a key role in expanding RoamingiQ’s footprint into new verticals like hospitality and public Wi-Fi.
You’ll carry deals from first contact to close — and stick around just enough to help nurture growth. And yes, you’ll be compensated for that too.
Responsibilities
• Sell with Purpose: Drive revenue growth by selling RoamingiQ’s solutions directly to property ownership groups and indirectly through service providers.
• Shape the Market: Position our VAULT platform as a standard requirement in multi-family RFPs.
• Solve Real Problems: Partner with Product and Engineering to turn customer pain points into product innovations.
• Hit Your Numbers: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Manage accounts, build trust, and expand business through organic growth.
• Represent us at trade shows and industry events across the U.S.
• Lead contract discussions and close deals with confidence.
Qualifications
• 10+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of hitting quotas
• Deep understanding of the multi-family housing industry
• Experience selling Wi-Fi, networking, or connectivity solutions
• Bonus: Background in software sales
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal, including webinars and live presentations
• CRM fluency (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
• A proactive, solution-first mindset
• Direct, honest, and tactful communication style
• Accountability—you own your results and don’t pass the buck
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

TLDR:
• Base Salary: Commensurate with experience
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): 1.75–2x base salary at quota
• Unlimited Commission: No cap
• Multi-Year Commissions: Earn on your wins for three years—stay, grow, and your income follows
