Creative Project Manager

The Marketing Creative Studio is seeking a Creative Project Manager to provide operational oversight across a portfolio of global brands. This critical role will focus on ensuring efficient processes, alignment across stakeholders, and seamless execution in the partnership with producers to ensure an end-to-end pipeline that maximizes productivity and quality of the work.
The Creative Project Manager is well organized and flexible, partnering closely with producers, brand stakeholders, and external agencies. They will play a pivotal role in keeping a portfolio of projects moving internally and externally, managing both internal teams and external partners. This role ensures visibility, reporting, and process optimization across campaigns while enabling producers to focus on production and project delivery.
Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA.
A Day in the life as a Creative Project Manager:
- Portfolio Oversight: Manage the broader creative operations pipeline across a portfolio of brands, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, capacity, and resources.
- Producer Collaboration: Collaborate with producers who own day-to-day project delivery; provide operational support, oversight, and escalation management when needed.
- Operational Excellence: Standardize processes, optimize workflows, and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Issue Escalation: Identify risks or portfolio-wide challenges, escalate effectively, and collaborate with producers and stakeholders to develop solutions.
- Reporting & Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics across brands, including on-time delivery rates, resource utilization, budget adherence, project throughput, and creative review cycle times. Provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.
- Resource Planning: Partner with producers and leadership to forecast needs, allocate resources, and balance workload across brands and campaigns.
What you'll bring:
- 3 – 5 years’ in-house or agency experience in creative project management, creative operations, production or traffic management
- Strong ability to maintain focus under pressure – keeps a positive, yet confident demeanor.
- Drives and expects high standards for work output; accountable, assertive and dependable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of projects or brands, with accountability for KPI tracking, reporting, and operational performance.
- Strong partnership skills to support and collaborate with producers, enabling them to deliver effectively.
- Experience in defining and reporting against key operational metrics, with ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and time management abilities.
- Skilled communicator with the ability to present portfolio-level updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with project management systems (Workfront or similar) preferred.
- Familiarity with creative and production workflows a plus.
- Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and seeks to continuously optimize processes.

The base salary range for this position is $89,700.00 to $134,500.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
