Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

ProCare Therapy is partnering with a respected school district in Mashpee, MA and is seeking a skilled and compassionate BCBA to join the team for the current school year. This is your chance to support student success, collaborate with educators, and grow professionally in a meaningful role.

• Provide behavior assessments and develop data-driven behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff to implement behavioral strategies.

• Train and support school personnel on behavior techniques and best practices.

• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to meet student goals.

• Full-time or part-time schedule options may be available.

• Competitive Salary : Typically within the range of $40-50per hour , depending on experience and location.

1. Introductory Call : A 1015 minute phone screen with a ProCare Therapy recruiter.

3. Offer Timeline : Most offers are extended within 2448 hours of the interview.
