Title: Warehouse Operator

Reports to: Warehouse Manager

Employment Category: Full-time

Anticipated Schedule: M-F 8:00 am to 4:00 pm or 7 am – 3 pm.

Location: Beverly, MA warehouse

Scope: Multi- departmental support

Compensation:

The Base salary range of $45,000-$50,000 based on years of experience. Other benefits include medical/dental insurance, life insurance short- and long-term disability insurance, 401(k) with a company contribution, paid holidays, and paid time off. This compensation range reflects the company’s expectations for this position at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, alignment with role responsibilities, education, demonstrated skills, and performance.

Position Summary:

Manually move freight, stock, or other materials or perform other general labor. Preparing freight orders for truckload and packing smaller orders for ground shipment.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Preparation and fulfillment of inventory and sample orders

· Pick, pack, wrap pallet orders & prepare for freight pickup

· Pick, pack & ship ground orders

· Unload freight containers and distribute through warehouse

· Operate forklift & pallet jack

· Organize shipping supplies

Required Skills:

· It will be required to learn the company’s internal inventory management system, Odoo

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including excel

· Warehouse technical skills – being able to use specialized equipment (i.e., bander, pallet jack and forklift)

· Accuracy and attention to detail

· Planning and organizing skills

· High School Diploma required.

· Employee will be required to complete training for the following certifications: Good Manufacturing Practices, Forklift Operating and Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air & Ground. Employee will also be required to complete all necessary and relevant safety training as required by the company, state or federal law.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in both warehouse and administrative duties is preferred.
