Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• At least 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience required, or 1 year of PT experience in other settings.
• New graduates not accepted.
• Experience with Raintree EMR preferred.
• Completion of three HealthStream modules required prior to assignment start. Agency will reimburse upon proof of completion and at least one shift worked (client policy).

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Hours: 08:00 - 16:30.
• Work Days: Monday through Friday.
• Meal Break: 30 minutes.
• Productivity Expectation: 55–63 patients per week (client guideline).
• EMR: Raintree.
• Contract Duration: 13 to 26 weeks.
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week (client guideline).
• New travelers must complete required HealthStream modules prior to start as noted above.
