Position Summary
The Assistant General Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for supporting daily restaurant operations while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness. This role partners closely with the General Manager to drive operational excellence, financial performance, and team engagement.
You will play a key role in managing profitability by controlling costs, maximizing sales, and supporting full P&L responsibility. In addition, you will help recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent while fostering a positive, accountable, and performance-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing all daily restaurant operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
- Maintain exceptional food quality, speed of service, and guest satisfaction
- Support P&L performance by managing labor, food costs, and controllable expenses
- Drive sales growth and operational efficiency
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop high-performing team members
- Lead by example and mentor team members to achieve individual and team goals

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume concept
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and mentoring others
- Proven ability to uphold integrity, accountability, and professionalism
