Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLP-A) | Chatterboxes
Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLP-A)
A Practice Built by SLPs, for SLPs & SLP-As 🌱
At Chatterboxes, we exist to rewrite the story of clinician burnout. We’re 🚫 not a staffing agency, rather we’re an SLP-provider owned and operated community 🩵 reimagining what it means to thrive in school-based practice.
Our Sanctuary Model was intentionally designed to support both SLPs and SLP-As through strong mentorship, real connection, and sustainable clinical roles. This is a place where SLP-As are guided, valued, and never left to figure things out alone.
We’re excited to continue growing our impact in rural and suburban schools , partnering closely with educators and families while creating meaningful, well-supported roles for our clinicians.
🌱 Why Chatterboxes is Different
☀️ Support is Always Near
You’ll be part of a built-in clinical community; Our SLPs, Sanctuary Leaders, and SLP Liaison stay closely connected with you through regular check-ins, collaboration, and ongoing support.
🌱 Mentorship That Matters
SLP-A's at Chatterboxes receive thoughtful supervision and mentorship tailored to their stage of practice. Questions are encouraged, growth is intentional, and learning happens every day!
💡 Growth & Opportunity
We believe in building careers and a team, not just filling roles. SLP-As are supported as they grow clinically and professionally, with exposure to collaboration, leadership pathways, and future advancement.
🎉 A Real Community
From team meetings and clinical learning sessions to celebrations, recognition, and connection, we prioritize a culture where clinicians feel seen, supported, and genuinely part of something.
