Company Description

The Marketing Coordinator supports T Market’s marketing operations with a strong emphasis on business analytics. The role combines project coordination, data analysis, and cross‑functional communication to ensure marketing initiatives are executed effectively and aligned with business objectives

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Project Coordination

• Act as the primary liaison with third‑party marketing agencies, overseeing communication, deliverables, and timelines.
• Review proposals, consolidate requirements, and ensure all materials meet brand standards.
• Manage multi‑channel marketing projects, including digital campaigns, in‑store promotions, and design tasks.

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Collect and analyze marketing data, including campaign performance, customer engagement, and sales trends.
• Prepare monthly analytical reports to support management decisions.
• Use tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and POS data exports to identify insights and recommend improvements.

Marketing Execution & Content Support

• Assist with in‑store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and membership activities.
• Review social media content, advertising copy, and promotional materials for accuracy.
• Coordinate production of POP materials, posters, and flyers.

Cross‑Functional Coordination

• Work with store management, purchasing, and operations teams to align marketing activities with business needs.
• Ensure smooth execution of campaigns across internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or Google Analytics preferred.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and digital platforms.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred.
