Serve as an expert communicator, focused on internal leadership communication, by building and executing global internal communication plans which support the organization's culture and priority initiatives to inform, inspire and engage NB global associates.JOB MISSION:
Serve as an expert communicator, focused on internal leadership communication, by building and executing global internal communication plans which support the organization's culture and priority initiatives to inform, inspire and engage NB global associates.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Develop and execute internal leadership communication plans, including objective(s), strategies, key messages, tactics
- Develop key messages, talking points and message briefings for key stakeholders
- Craft authentic and tailored narratives to support and enable leaders' communication objectives
- Build communication deliverables, including presentations, briefing documents, key messages and video scripts to support communication priorities
- Plan and deliver virtual and in-person meetings and events, including the development and execution of global town halls and additional leadership meetings
- Develop and own detailed project plans to support communication goals and priorities
- Contribute to short- and long-term editorial calendar planning by sourcing story concepts and content ideation
- Grow, develop and foster deep-seeded relationships with cross-functional partner teams and a wide network of NB associates
- Support key stakeholders' communication objectives and needs
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in related roles.
- Aptitude to protect sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to utilize strong project management skills including managing multiple projects at different stages simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including copy writing/editing, storytelling, presentation development and event planning
- Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management, enabling work with multiple stakeholders, handle multiple projects - and meet new challenges - with composure and confidence
- Proven success in building and measuring communication

Flexible Work Schedule
For decades we have fostered a unique culture founded on our values with a particular focus on in-person teamwork and collaboration. Our North American hybrid model encourages rich in-person experiences, showcasing our commitment to teamwork and connection, while maintaining flexibility for associates. New Balance Associates currently work in office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Our offices are fully open, and amenities are available across our North American office locations. To continue our focus on hybrid work we have introduced Work from Anywhere (WFA) for four weeks per calendar year. This model will help us enhance our culture while continuing to maintain elements of flexibility.
