Responsibilities

Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity

This opportunity is either full-time (32 hours/week) or part-time (24 or 16 hours/week), offers full benefits and options to work day, evenings, or overnight shifts. There is opportunity for overtime and to cover various shifts if interested. New grads are welcome to apply!

HRI Hospital is 66-bed psychiatric facility with adult inpatient services and several partial hospitalization programs. We are part of the largest private mental health system in Massachusetts and can therefore provide competitive salaries, benefits, and opportunities for growth and development. Shifts

Day Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm

Evening Shift: 3:00pm – 11:30pm

Night Shift: 11:00pm – 7:30am

Shift Differentials

Evening Shift: +$1.25/Hour

Night Shift: +$5.00/Hour

Weekend Shift: +$1.50/Hour

• Note: The weekend shift differential is cumulative; Example – a weekend evening shift would equate to a +$2.75 cumulative differential)
