Job Type: Full-time | Monday–Friday
Pay: $20.00–$30.00 per hour (DOE) + Performance Incentives & Commission

About Skin Defyne Medspa

Skin Defyne Medspa is a growing medical spa in Westwood, MA dedicated to delivering exceptional aesthetic treatments and an outstanding client experience. We are seeking a Licensed Esthetician who is Laser Certified to join our team in a unique hybrid role that combines clinical aesthetic treatments with front desk and patient coordination responsibilities.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both providing hands-on skincare treatments and creating a welcoming, seamless experience for every client from check-in to check-out.

What You'll DoClinical & Aesthetic Responsibilities

• Perform laser treatments safely and effectively (laser certification required).
• Provide facials and advanced skincare treatments customized to each client's needs.
• Educate clients on skincare, treatment plans, and home-care recommendations.
• Recommend and sell skincare products, treatment packages, memberships, and services through consultative conversations.
• Maintain treatment rooms and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

Front Desk & Patient Coordinator Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and create a warm, professional first impression.
• Answer phones, emails, and client inquiries regarding services, pricing, and promotions.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using the practice management system.
• Check clients in and out, process payments, and maintain accurate client records.
• Coordinate provider schedules to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and retail displays.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Esthetician License (Required)
• Laser Certification (Required)
• Previous experience as a Laser Technician in a medical spa or aesthetic practice preferred.
• Experience working in a medical spa, dermatology office, aesthetic clinic, or front desk/patient coordinator role is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using scheduling software and computer systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Honest, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to recommend services and retail products confidently.
• Existing client base is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• $20.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience and certifications
