We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your mission will be to exceed customer expectations while ensuring seamless communication among all parties involved. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with customers via phone to set expectations, schedule installations, and clarify project requirements.
• Review customer contracts to ensure accuracy in job-specific details.
• Create purchase orders for each job component.
• Order materials and coordinate their delivery to job sites.
• Collaborate with the team to continually enhance service quality standards.
• Track project phases to guarantee timely and successful completion.
• Ensure all installation documentation is accurate and complete.
• Update customer invoices and purchasing documents to reflect any changes from the installation process.
• Monitor production efficiencies and propose improvements to meet targets.
• Work collaboratively with various departments to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist with additional tasks and assignments as needed.
