Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the upcoming school year at a high school located in Worcester, MA. This contract role offers the opportunity to provide specialized 1:1 therapy to high school students, focusing on direct intervention without responsibilities for testing or Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to a caseload of 20 high school students
- Provide direct, one-on-one therapeutic services tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with school personnel to support student progress in communication goals
Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts SLP License required
- Credentials including Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
- Experience in pediatric healthcare, school settings, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) will be an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students and staff
Location and Schedule:
- Onsite position based in Worcester, MA
- Full-time hours with a contract duration for the full school year
