Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Remote | WFH

What you'll do:

As a BCBA, you'll play a vital role in helping children reach their full potential. You'll supervise, mentor, and collaborate closely with Behavior Therapists and families in various settings (home, community, center, and clinic). You'll be part of a dynamic team, working together to develop and implement individualized goals and strategies that empower children to thrive.

Here's a glimpse of what your role will involve:

Supervising, mentoring, and collaborating with Behavior Therapists and families.
Participating in weekly supervisory and team meetings.
Developing and monitoring individual goals and strategies.
Analyzing data to track progress and make necessary adjustments.
Attending IFSP and IEP meetings.
Completing initial and ongoing assessments.
Managing behavior plans.
Attending regular meetings with caregivers.

What you'll bring to the table:

Certification as a BCBA and Massachusetts licensure (LABA) is required. Candidates pending MA Licensure will also be considered.
Experience working with children.
Strong creative problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
