General Dentist

Full-Time General Dentist (4 Days/Week)

Locations: Natick, MA & Auburn, MA

Schedule: 4 clinical days per week across two established practices

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and patient-centered General Dentist to join two well-established private practices located in Natick, MA and Auburn, MA . Both locations offer a strong clinical infrastructure, low insurance participation, and a commitment to comprehensive, relationship-based dentistry. This position provides a stable patient base, high clinical autonomy, and excellent mentorship, including on-site periodontists at both locations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, comprehensive general dentistry to a diverse patient population
• Build strong patient relationships and deliver treatment with a compassionate, patient-first approach
• Diagnose and present treatment plans clearly and effectively
• Collaborate with on-site specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in continuing clinical development and team collaboration
• Contribute positively to both practice cultures and uphold high clinical standards

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Massachusetts dental license (or eligibility)
• Strong commitment to comprehensive care and patient relationship building
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• New graduates welcomed—mentorship available
