Armed Security Officer (Part-Time / Per Diem)
Location: MetroWest Massachusetts
Schedule: Part-Time / Per Diem (12–16 hours per week)
Pay: $26.00–$27.00 per hour

Job Description:
As an Armed Security Officer, you will serve as a visible security presence responsible for protecting residential communities, client properties, assets, residents, guests, and employees.
The ideal candidate is professional, observant, dependable, and capable of exercising sound judgment while working independently. This position requires a high level of responsibility, professionalism, and commitment to safety.
Your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Maintain a highly visible and professional security presence.
- Conduct routine and random foot patrols of assigned properties and designated areas.
- Monitor activity and identify security concerns, safety hazards, or policy violations.
- Respond promptly to calls for service, alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations.
- Assess situations and take appropriate action while following company policies and client procedures.
- Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports, daily activity reports, and security documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, employees, and client representatives.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatch, management, and emergency responders.
- Assist law enforcement, fire, and emergency medical personnel when required.
- Maintain professionalism and composure during stressful or confrontational situations.
Requirements :
- Possess a valid Massachusetts License to Carry (LTC).
- Must have your own firearm and equipment to conceal carry or open carry.
- Successfully complete required firearms qualification standards.
- Able to attend required training in Natick, MA and Holliston, MA.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
