Patient Care Associate - Medical Surgical, 32 hour, Nights

**When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you're making a difference in people's lives.** **Job Description:** Responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Maintains a clean and safe environment. + Assists patients as necessary (e.g. ADL's, feeding) by providing high quality, compassionate patient care + Maintains on-going communication with RN and LPN regarding patient status, care given and patient response. + Documents care, vital signs and all other pertinent information legibly and accurately on patient's flow sheet/graphic sheet. + Communicates appropriate information to patients and families. + Ensures that care information is transmitted in a timely, clear, and accurate form to all patients' current healthcare providers who need that information to provide care. + Completes other duties as assigned **Education Required:** High School Diploma or equivalent.
