DOMO Health is hiring an experienced specialty infusion RN in the Greater Boston area on a PRN / per diem W-2 basis. This is clinical work that matters — IVIg, biologics, and specialty infusion therapies administered in patient homes across Boston, Cambridge, Brookline, Newton, Quincy, Braintree, and surrounding areas. Flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay, and no hospital floor politics.

What You'll Do

• Administer IVIg, biologic infusions, antibiotics, TPN, hydration, and other specialty therapies in patient homes across the Greater Boston area
• Conduct pre-infusion assessments and monitor vital signs per titration protocol throughout every visit
• Carry and maintain your emergency and anaphylaxis kit at every patient visit
• Document all visits in AlayaCare within 24 hours and submit nursing notes within 48 hours
• Communicate with DOMO Health pharmacy partners and support team on all case matters
• Report any adverse events or infusion reactions to our clinical team immediately

What We're Looking For

• Active RN license in Massachusetts (required — out-of-state and NLC compact licenses are not accepted in MA at this time)
• Minimum 2 years of IV or infusion therapy experience — home health or specialty infusion preferred
• IVIg administration experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable working independently in a home setting without on-site backup
• Reliable transportation in the Greater Boston metro area
• PICC line and Port-a-Cath access experience preferred
• CRNI certification preferred — not required

• Pay: Competitive hourly rate billed per visit hour, based on experience
• Start: Within 2–4 weeks
