Senior Veterinarian
Position Overview: Oversee veterinary care at a state-of-the-art facility, providing medical and surgical treatment while collaborating with veterinarians and staff. Opportunity to advance into a Director of Operations role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat dogs and cats medically and surgically.
- Perform vaccinations, dental procedures, and routine care.
- Collaborate with referring veterinarians and hospital leadership.
- Maintain high patient-care standards.
- Support team development and a positive workplace environment.
- DVM or equivalent degree.
- 5+ years of veterinary hospital experience.
- Must be eligible for a Massachusetts veterinary license.
Salary: USD $160,000–$180,000/year. Benefits: Health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, 401(k), stock options, flexible PTO, CE support, licensing/association support, bonus/profit-sharing. Relocation: Yes. Visa sponsorship: No.
