We’re looking for a Lead Technician / Foreman to oversee the installation and commissioning of integrated
Audio-Visual systems within our Integrated Systems Group (ISG). This is a fast-paced position that offers

What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee AV installation projects to ensure quality, safety, and system functionality.
- Inspect work throughout project life cycles to confirm specifications and scope have been met.
- Troubleshoot AV systems and components to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Upload DSP and control files to devices (Symetrix, AMX, Extron, Bi-Amp, etc.).
- Interpret and create line drawings and as-built documentation.
- Mentor and guide junior technicians to support professional development.
- Communicate timely updates to project managers and ensure workflow progress.
- Ensure all sites meet OSHA standards and Ockers’ safety expectations.
- Maintain site organization and client-ready conditions at project completion.
What You Bring
- Minimum of 5 years of professional Audio-Visual installation experience.
- Strong understanding of AV fundamentals, components, and system signal flow.
- Experience leading and developing field teams.
- Proficiency with DSP, control systems, and cabling standards (RJ-45, XLR, RS-232, Speaker/Line Level,
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics.
- Familiarity with AV networking and related technology.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
