Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations, sales, and customer service Recruit, train, and motivate sales associates Set and achieve store sales targets and KPIs Manage inventory, merchandising, and cash control Resolve escalated customer issues professionally Maintain compliance with company policies and standards Drive local promotions and community engagement Qualifications 2+ years retail management experience (wireless preferred) Proven record of hitting sales goals and managing teams Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills Able to analyze reports, KPIs, and performance metrics Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: To be discussed as per experience Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Paid time off as per state and federal law Work Location: In person
