Behind every impactful program is a finance team that keeps operations running smoothly and compliantly. We're currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Fiscal Department and help ensure our vendors are paid accurately and on time.

Your accuracy, efficiency, and customer service mindset will help keep our systems strong and our partnerships thriving.
What You’ll Be Doing:

- Ability tomanage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with grant-funded programs and related compliance (e.g., OMB Uniform Guidance)
- Experience with electronic invoice processing systems and document management tools
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Standard office environment with occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs)
- Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required during peak fiscal periods
Why Work With Us?
Because accurate books help build stronger communities. You’ll be part of a collaborative finance team that plays a vital role in keeping our mission running and our programs funded.
Perks & Benefits:
- Generous paid time off

- 403(B) retirement plan with employer match
