Accounts Payable Coordinator $75,000/yr
What we offer:
- Base salary up to $75,000/year

Responsibilities:
- Review and validate incoming invoices for accuracy
- Assist Project Managers with preparing weekly payables
- Create and print monthly reports for billing and project evaluations
- Facilitate monthly invoicing processes using completed billing forms
- Compile and share monthly financial reports with Project Managers and the CFO
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience in the construction or real estate industries
- Familiarity with project contracts, invoices, and change order documents
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to adapt to new technology quickly.
Preferred Quali fications:
- Experience with Timberline/Sage 300, T-Scan, or Avid
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
